Haven't received money from withdrawal. Now what?

At the beginning of April, I placed a cash withdrawal from Legends Trading on Bitrue.com to my bank account for a relatively small amount. I won't be specific but it was less than $300. After about a week of not receiving to money, I sent a support ticket about it. Long story short, the customer support rep said that he sees on his end they sent out a wire transfer the day after I placed the withdrawal. I hadn't received it like I said so he said that he would need to check with their bank and see what happened. Every inquiry on my part since, which has been daily or ever other day, has been the same response of "we are working with our banking partner to get you your money as soon as possible."

What are my options in this scenario? Should I just submit a new support ticket? Call a lawyer? Not really sure what to do at this point because I would like my money asap and waiting around appears to do nothing.

Edit: I have checked with my bank. They said all is good on my side. Nothing on my account that would be stopping an incoming wire and there are no pending wires.
