Anyone else not able to withdraw for months with no response to your ticket submission. I sent tokens to my wife and my wallet and I’ve been locked since March. I’ve tried everything. Account is verified and secured. The bot that is customer service says it’s being sent to escalations. It seems they don’t have any customer support, other than zen desk, and they always close the ticket without responding. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know. I’ve read horror stories in articles with people that have had substantial amounts held for months.
