HBAR Transaction to the Wrong Binance Address

Hey guys, I need your help.

I messed up and sent $2,000 worth of HBAR on the wrong Binance's account (the one they use to send HBAR not the one they have for receiving HBAR) and without Memo.

When I send my HBAR's from Binance account, they use the following account: https://hash-hash.info/account/16953

For receiving HBARs they use the account: https://hash-hash.info/account/16952

The Binance Support told me they can not do anything because it's not a Binance deposit address. It's obviously a Binance address (even if it's not the wallet they use for deposit it's the wallet they use to send HBAR).

I did the Binance's form "Uncredited Deposit Application" and it was rejected because they didn't find the transaction on the blockchain.

I can't submit the Binance's form called "Unknown Memo/Tag Recovery Application" because it's written "The application information you filed in does not match the deposit record. Please confirm and try again.". I tried to submit with the following Transaction Hash 902a3ca539xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxcb70acff31da65d55d80712 and also with the Transaction ID 0.0.1xxxx2-1xxxxxx842-25xxxx578 but it doesn't work.

The Binance support doesn’t help me with that.
