Hearing some polticians talking about Crypto is truely insane. It's funny but also worrying that people in power don't know what they are doing.

As this year has become the prime regulation year for Crypto there are suprisingly some well thought regulations of Crypto that sometimes even try to do something against scammers.

But still most are just like they have not read one shit about Crypto and literally don't know the concept. It gets very worrying once they actually openly talk about it.

A normal press briefing that is usually already prepared before contains tons of the most normal concept mistakes in Crypto that even people who entered the Crypto space for just a month would know is wrong.

It's at the first very funny to hear that but afterwards seems worrying that people that decide our future do not even take the time to understand something they want to regulate.

For reference the latest briefing by Elizabeth Warren where she talked about how Crypto is used by Oligarchs. She said that by "hopping blockchains" and getting wallets an Oligarch can hide 1billion dollars in Crypto. While the crypto advocate tried to explain to her the concept of liquidity she just interrupted him a couple of times and went on.
