Help a girl out, please. I'm about to lose my mind over the CoinBase verification loop!

Upon login, I see a banner stating that until I verify until the 12th of Nov, I won't be able to execute any transactions.

I tried verifying via various documents. Even if my verification goes through, the banner keeps appearing, consequently blocking me from doing literally anything. I'm caught in a loop of hell.

When I registered, I had a different name, than I do have now (marriage). So I uploaded my verification documents. My new name appears just fine during the verification process as does everything else. The only "issue" is that I reside in a non-EU country while my pass is from Germany.

It says country of residence "Germany", but my address is noted as a different non-EU one. I mean, everything is noted, no difference in my verification documents.

I contacted the support twice, in English and in German - but no answer.

The thing is, the settings on "account restrictions" shows that I have no restrictions, but as soon as I return to homepage or the transaction buttons, I get that damn banner again. The app won't work on my Android phone, in my current country of residence.

Without being able to sell my coins, I can't turn them into EUR. Without EUR, I can't withdraw anything. Without being able to withdraw, I can close or change my country of residence via the settings (which I shouldn't have to do, since I verified everything over 1000x). The best would be of course to gain access again and move my coins to my wallet. I have done this for my friends and waited to do it for my own account... here we are.

What am I to do at this point?? I tried calling but can't get through.
