Help! Exchange closing account and forcing to liquidate

The exchange I use is Nexo. They were operating illegally in NY and got shut down here. They sent emails to everyone saying you have to pay off any loan and withdraw money by March 31st 2022. I got an email saying that I have to close my account in December now because they have found reasons to terminate our business relationship with me, mainly they addressed because of my location still being in NY. I have an address in another state they operate in and sent them that info but there going off of ip addresses. I would be selling at a loss and missing out on a lot of money. I reached out to a lawyer and he said it would take too long in court to come to a resolution. Any solutions or ideas.
