help, how do i unlock and send my crypto funds from paypal?

Title...basically i deposited some fiat on paypal, i converted it to PYUSD(their stablecoin, the only thing they allowed me to convert it to). tried to send it over the Solana network to my wallet, so i can then swap to something useful like SOL, or USDC...its blocking me, and asking for verification of the wallet.

the verification consist of me sending PYUSD to the paypal wallet. PYUSD which i dont have on it to do so, since all my funds are locked on paypal. if i select its someone else it just throw a error that the transaction needs further review once i fill all the details...

has someone figured this out? The way to go seems to be, to verify the wallet, but i needs PYUSD and SOL on it for that, which i dont have on it right now.

getting crypto is getting harder where im from, tried this method, only to get locked out like this...like everyone says not your keys not your crypto. This is a wallet ive transfered from already once, and now they need me to verify it out of nowhere.

paypal support already proved useless, made me waste a morning...
