Hi everyone,
Back in May/June 2018, I created a software wallet on a Windows PC. The software had a gray UI with some green elements. Unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the software anymore, but I know it was a well-recommended option at the time.
Here are the details:
I created an account using my email address and a password.
The software provided an alphanumeric string for recovery, which I have since lost.
The laptop used to create the wallet has been sold, and it was formatted multiple times before the sale.
My questions are: Does anyone recognize the software based on the description? Is it possible to recover the wallet using only the email address and password? I vaguely remember the app mentioning this might be possible, but I'm not certain.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I can provide proof of ownership of the Bitcoin if needed.
Thanks in advance! Nevzat
