Help! Is my money/crypto gone?

Hello,

Years back I purchased X Tokens through WCX (WC Exchange?) And traded 3 LTC at the time for 2500 x token. I can see the record of sending the LTC in my email, but to my knowledge WCX went under/was a scam.

I never transferred my x tokens out of WCX.

Are my tokens lost/stolen forever?

Please help! Any advice is welcomed. I used to be really into cryptos about 5 to 10 years ago but got out.

I realize I should've moved my tokens off platform but did not do that. I don't have high hopes but since my 2500 x tokens now would be worth close to 7k... That's a decent chunk of money.
