help me get my money back from Blockchain.com

I have an account created in 2016 on blockchain.info (now blockchain.com, however I only use the user and do not save 12 keys. I have deposited 3BTC and transferred 1BTC, leaving 2BTC. Now I log back into my account, log in with the old password, there is an email requesting approval. Click on it to approve the login ok, however the system reports the password is incorrect.

• I have tried another way using the old password to turn off F2A and it turned off successfully, however I still cannot log in

• I have used the forgot password function to retrieve the account, the system reported that it had sent a link to reset the password to my email but I did not receive it. while other accounts reset normally.

Contact Support@blockchain .com they said my account is not under guardianship so it may not receive the password reset email??? while I used my old password from the beginning.

Can anyone familiar with security help me answer? :

• Blockchain .com can turn off F2A when password is wrong?

• Can I send a login approval request when password is wrong?

• Does not receiving the password reset email have anything to do with guardianship, while my account was previously working normally.

• How can I influence Blockchain .com to get back the stolen money?
