Help migrating from ancient parity wallet

Hi, I set up a wallet in parity years ago, and am looking to migrate away from it as it no longer works / seems to work. It doesn't have much eth in it, but I'd still like to get it somewhere I can actually use it.

I get this message whenever I start it:

You are connected to only one peer. Your node might not be reliable. Check your network connection.

The bottom right shows

5,108,918/5,108,785 syncing

and the top number does move upwards, but slowly.

I also get this notification:

Your clock is not in sync. Detected difference is too big for the protocol to work: 41942ms. Synchronize your clock.

As well as Chain Synchronized (no) Your node is still syncing, the values you see might be outdated. Wait until it's fully synced.

Does anyone know how I can fix this or move / import my local parity wallet into another wallet that actually works? Thanks in advance for any help. I don't really know where to start.
