Help the Homeless On A Night Bus in Winter

I am writing this post as this Winter I want to serve the people who don't have a roof on head and surf Buses/Tubes and Public transport for warmth.

You can categorize such people as either

• Victims of Circumstances (Generally reciprocative of help)

1. Family Problems abusive spouse/ parents/ siblings/ children.
2. Visa and Legislative Problems/Asylum Seekers
3. Loss of Job/Financial Losses

• Note these people will generally be reluctant to ask for help.
• Delinquents (Moderately hard to help. Generally reciprocative of help)

1. Dependents of Alcohol/Drugs/Gambling.
2. Criminal Record

• Note these people may or may not ask for help.
• Mental Health Problems/Disorders (Challenging to help may or may not be reciprocative)

1. Social Anxiety/Awkwardness
2. Depression

• Note these people may or may not ask for help and may or not appreciate the help given at all and the above mentioned problems can cause people to get in this category .
• People's capacity to ask for help and/or appreciate help is not a judging factor.

Another category of people is

• Asking for help when not in need profiting from other's good will.
• Asking for help only when in need and suffering.
• Not asking for help no matter what their circumstances.

My point is I want to serve people especially in my immediate vicinity which is London irregardless of their Category/Circumstances/ Personal Problems/Social Factors . I want to provide people with lowest point in their life in the order of

• Water
• Food
• Communication (charging phones)
• Sanitation
• Comfort (find a roof on their head and after care to get them out of their misery)
• Progress from the situation (finding a job/vocation/financial responsibility/stability/sort out visa problems to get sustain roof on their head)

If you want to experience this reality be on a public transport be it buses/tubes or something else like Heathrow Terminals/ Hospitals/ Enclosed Bus Terminals.

You will see people sitting on the back seats with a hoodie if they have one as that is the warmest place trying to ge a bit of warmth from the heat radiated. You will see people picking up cigarette butts or drinking from an beer can lying in streets. You will smell flesh rotting from not having a bath. If you look carefully enough you will experience Human misery yourself.

While we are on our beds sleeping a class of people suffer.

I earn £80 a day. I have spent £30 everyday so far and I am willing to spend £50 a day in my mission and I know it wont be enough.

What is Needed

• Water Bottles
• Sleeping Bags
• Blankets/Duvets
• Food especially warm and healthy
• Van to store item and heat food at Terminating points.
• Capital to provide Comfort and then Progress
• Volunteers

I am not a registered charity and I am certainly not here to scam people. I am just looking for like minded individuals who can collaborate to help or help in their own capacity.

I cannot say about other cities but in my vicinity I see suffering so I am going to lessen that. I advise anyone who see's suffering to start taking action starting from their vicinity.

I am not going to photograph or video anyone as I do not believe in documenting such things. Again if you want to experience and validate you can join me or any volunteers in the night.
