Help trying to get my moons of arb nova

i have like 60 dollars of moons sat on shitty arb nova and doing anything with it has been like getting a tobasco enema.

All the fucking around with bridges, jesus.

Anyway, where I'm at is I have got my eth on arb (I loaded up like 10 dollars of eth for gas), but I never have enough gas money to bridge it over to arb nova, and frankly, I don't want to deposit 20 dollars worth for a bridge.

as a bonus, a few months ago i was fucking around with this and converted the moons to arb nova token and I can see it in my metamask token list with the estimated balance , but the top balance shows 0 so I've probably messed it up anyway.

let me know if there are any less painful ways of simply getting some eth on nova, preferably a cex, but i haven't found one yet
