Help with Crypto Event

Hi everyone.

I'm new to cryptocurrency. A friend convinced me to participate in a trading platform event on bibycrypto.com. I signed up for the event, which required me to transfer 30k USDT and receive 3k as a reward. The platform froze my account until I completed the event. I now have 20k in that account (from before the event), with an additional 10k from my friend, who is trying to help me complete it.

Do you know if this is real or legit? I'm trying to get the rest of 20k to complete the vent and get my money out.
