i recently around sept 24 started trading with a website (https://chains-lama.com/) and in their website it states that they are Verified by the Asia Cryptocurrency Commission (https://asiacryptocurrencycommission.com/members/chainslama.html) I called my "broker" and she told me that the blockchain has taken it through the smart contract. (i may not be saying this right, I'm not crypto savvy). after awhile i received an email from blockchain.com (attachment 0) stating that what ever i put in was not enough and that the obligatory blockchain fee was not covered, and to view the PDF file for more information. (attachment A & B). It stated in the receipt that i needed 1.67 ETH but i only put in 1.53 ETH. so i put in yesterday 1.68 ETH into my wallet to ensure i fully cover it. Again, same thing the ETH disappeared from my wallet and was taken by the Blockchain. Fast forward to awhile ago I recieved this email from blockchain.com again (Attachment C) stating that there are scalability issues and my transaction didnt go through in time. Now i need to top up the same confirmation fee again to push the transaction through. Please how do i verify my transactions and if they are actually sending my money back to me through a smart contract and what i should do from here. Im extremely worried and i have poured into this alot of money. anyone that can help me please, ill drop more details if its possible like my public wallet address. [link] [comments] |
