Hopium, Time, Perspective. Just some insight into the current market and all these 100k BTC and 10k ETH predictions.

A bunch of posts stating BTC to 100k and ETH to 10k got me thinking. Most of these predictions are from the usual folks in finance, pumping their own bags.

However they are correct, how do I know? Because BTC is at 45k Eth is at 3500 and we AREN’T in a bull market?!

Here is where the perspective comes in…

These Hopium dealers are right about one thing, crypto is the storm on the horizon and it can’t be stopped, it is a self fulfilling prophecy. Not because it’s revolutionary (it is) but because people, and more importantly businesses are making money.

When I first started in 2020 I got in because after really looking into BTC and ETH I could see this coming, not because I’m psychic, but because people will be able to make money, not just regular folks, but big business.

I took a huge risk, bitcoin was just “crashed” to 4k 2020 and started pumping again over the summer. I FOMOd and bought every pump. The point was I got my money into the market. I held all throughout 2021 and bought the “crash’s” in the summer 21 and February 22.

This is where TIME comes in, it’s almost two years later and with bitcoin stagnant 35k-45k it just baffles my mind to say that out loud because I remember the thrill of hitting 20k again and then watching it hit 50k for the first time. And now 50k is ho hum…

The point of the story is it’s ok to take the hopium, know that you made the right call for your future, remember it takes time in the market to gain perspective and to see your decisions be vindicated. I’m hoping in 2025 we will be seeing these “BTC crashes back to 150k” posts
