I heard you should never input your recovery phrase into your phone or computer.
How do I assure that the recovery phrase I wrote down will restore my wallet?
I bought a ledger two years ago and it still works, but I'm starting to worry about what happens when the hardware breaks and I need to restore the wallet.
When I first got it, it generated a recovery phrase, I wrote it down on the paper, then it had me re-enter my seed phrase on the ledger to confirm.
I haven't entered the seed phrase anywhere since. It's been two years.
Is there any way I can verify that the seed phrase works without risking entering it on a malicious site?
