How did i miss this? So much for leveraged trading in the Netherlands...

Last night I tried to extend my portfolio by increasing a position with futures. Although I still have a open position, extending that position was not possible due to the fact that I ‘accessed the service from a restricted jurisdiction’. How could I have missed the announcement was my first thought. After searching for an exact date that my position will be closed, I could not find an exact date. The announcement was from July the 30th, stating that 3 months after a to be announced date all leveraged positions will be closed. Is that correct and if so, what would be that date?
