How do I avoid being spammed by crypto scammers?

It seems like more and more I'm being spammed by crypto spammers that are saying I won an airdrop or have been part of a settlement for the exchanges that failed such as blockfi. I may or may not have used them but some I definitely have never been a customer to. These emails are starting to become a daily occurrence and I'm worried I'm in some shit list of crypto scammers and spammers.

Is there anything one can do to stop this other than labeling it as junk? I'm sure I wouldn't fall for it but you never know and the fact they are so persistent is worrysome. I wonder if anyone else is also being constantly spammed in here as I am? If so what did you do to combat it and if you can recommend the steps that'd be great.

At the end of the day I wont be clicking those links or anything but I'm expecting them to continue to send them and I would really rather have a way to stop them for good. I would rather not change my email either but I'm getting pretty annoyed, they send them way more than any other email I recieve.
