So Mycelium won't let me rebroadcast or pay a fee to bump it, and I waited 2 ish weeks for the transcation. I ultimately gave up for sometime and tried fixing it by myself to no avail. it was 1 sat per byte but I sent another transcation with 4 sats per byte and I am still waiting.
