How Do I Move From btc to bep20 in usa?

I don't have access to Binance or binance.us because of the state I live in. I have crypto loans out on bsc chain though and it needs to be repaid before it keeps collecting interest. I could wait until I reach 400-1k usd in btc or usdc to use safepal dex but then the interest occurrs goes higher and higher making my payments take longer.

I'm wanting to make 50$ payments each week but don't know how to get 50$ of crypto onto bsc bep20 from regular btc chain.

Rather avoid erc20 completely due to high fees. Btc is currently way cheaper.
