How do I query the Binance Smart Chain?

I would like to download to CSV a list of all transactions performed on a BSC token after a certain datetime.

I want to pull out data in this format:

Date | time | sender address | token value | BNB

A BSC token enacted a 100% tax on all transactions after a certain date last December. So far estimates have shown losses to be over $100,000,000 - I want to query the blockchain to find the exact amount and then I can break it down into losses by date etc.
