How do I view my personal information on Binance?

in regards to the recent need to re-verify, which I seem to be having trouble with, I'd like to view the information I've entered already, to ensure that everything is correct and I don't need to update anything.

In the "Binance - Privacy notice" which was last updated January 12 2022 it states:

8. What Information Can I Access?

You can access your information, including your name, address, payment options, profile information, and transaction history in the "Your Account" section of the website.

However, I can't seem to find this "your account" section of the website.

While speaking to support in the app, with regards to the verification stuff, I was advised I need to provide a bill / reciept etc as proof of address, despite the fact that I have no button / option / otherwise on the "Personal Verification" page to engage / provide any of this. The page simply states "verified" and "completed"

Support said they are "looking into it" and following that I asked where I could find my personal information, to which I was told:

"I apologise for the inconvenience, you cannot view sir it's for security purpose. you cannot see their own details"

which is total bullshit and from what I understand unlawful - not to mention a direct contradiction of the privacy policy. The policy does also state that I have the right to request any of that information:

9. What Rights Do I Have?

If you have any questions or objection as to how we collect and process your personal information, please contact [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).When you consent to our processing your personal information for a specified purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time.In addition, subject to applicable law, you have the right to request access to, correct, and delete your personal data, and to ask for data portability. You may also object to our processing of your personal data or ask that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain instances, by contacting [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]).

So, before I look to push this further, I was wondering if any one knows where I can view my previously provided personal information?

I can request this via the above email if absoloutely required, but given that the privacy policy states I can access this on the website, I should be able to
