How does the Binance Smart Chain measure time?

How does the Binance Smart Chain measure time?

Most computers use time servers too keep in sync. Do we know which time server the smart chain uses?

Are all nodes in sync exactly on the second? How do the nodes do that? What if i wan't to sync my computer to the time the blockchain uses?

I want to process a lot of blockchain data and it would be nice if my pc were in sync with the blockchain.

But it would be enough if knew the time delta in seconds between the block chain time and the time of my pc.
