How have you gotten through the crypto winter?

From the end of 2021 until the end of 2022, the prices of crypto have fallen immensely. During this time, the rug pulls and scams have ran rampant throughout the community. I was even personally a victim of the FTX debacle and lost a decent amount of money in it. Due to this, mainstream media outlets continue to criticise crypto and the sentiment was incredibly dire.

How have you managed to remain optimistic and get through this period of time, despite seeing massive losses to your crypto. I personally was not able to stomach it and left the space during the downturn, especially after my portfolio got wiped in the FTX scam.
