How is Toncoin a top 15 coin (11th highest non-stablecoin) that is about to overtake Matic?

So I am aware that Toncoin is basically a coin that is related to Telegram and it has been developed by Telegram, but it genuinely sticks like a sore thumb in top 15. Not necessarily by quality, or lack of quality of the project, but more so in its relevance. Yes there are some crappy projects in top 15 like Shiba, but there is a huge amount of relevance in mainstream with Shiba Inu and its recognizability, especially amongst casual crypto investors that are mostly ''investing'' into meme coin projects.

But Toncoin is barely talked about anywhere inside crypto circle, at least from my perspective, it is hardly a popular thing even inside of Telegram groups, yet it is somehow holding right now a 14th spot on highest market cap coins, and currently it needs just 2% increase to overtake Matic which seems insane to me. Matic is used everywhere in crypto nowadays, and Toncoin is a coin that even regular crypto people have barely heard about so what is behind it?
