You might hate them or love them, but Moons are a big part of this sub, and lately the sub took a bigger interest in Moons with the introduction of Moonplace, AMA's (burn Moons to hold a AMA in r/CC), the Moonbanner and let's not forget the listings on Gate.io and MEXC.
Moons usecases are really picking up some speed with also burning Moons regularly:
Moonplace:
Burned over 1,000,000 ($130,000 at current price) Moons within 48 hours! Moon wallets
Moonbanner:
9K Moons/day ($1,200/day at current price) to have your banner on the top of the sub. (Currently rented by 1Inch)
AMA's:
Price of AMA is around 5K - 15K calculation for AMA's
Deprecated Moons Bridge to Arbitrum Nova:
~4.77M Moons ($620K at current price) were just burned an hour ago, since the bridge is deprecated nothing more can be done to migrate Moons from Rinkeby/Arbitrum Testnet to Mainnet, the Moons are burned forever. link to pinned post
A combination of the above pushed our Moons to $0.18 for a brief moment last week, with us holding steady at around $0.13-0.14 at the moment.
All things considering, we are still in a bear market with minimal activity in the sub with superior Moonratio compared to 2021 and still the price is strong of Moons.
Personally I believe Moons will go past $1 Dollar easily and I sometimes can imagine it hitting it much higher than that.
We often tell eachother that if you would have bought BTC back in 2009, you would have sold it before it hits $10 Dollars, but what about our Moons?
How long are you willing to hold on to them?
