How long would it take binance to settle p2p third party account dispute.

So I recently moved to Turkey as a student, tried opening a bank account to receive funds for my crypto, apparently it’ll take about two months so I decided to use a friend’s account temporarily until my account is ready. I tried selling usdt to someone and he said he paid and asked to me to release asset but I didn’t receive anything. He lodged an appeal and said I am a scammer because I gave him a third party account. Binance asked me to record a video of the account record to show I didn’t receive the money etc and I did. It has been about 24 hours but there’s no update from Binance. Has anyone dealt with a situation like this before? Would binance release my usdt? And would I be suspended?
