I see a lot of discussion lately about people only caring about profits over the utility of a coin. I'm curious to know if there's anyone that actually uses any of the coins in your portfolio. I actually use some of mine for their intended purposes and I used to get scolded by people because "do you know how much that would have been worth if you kept it?"
Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of coins that I'm holding onto because of potential profits but I also have a few that I actually use because I like the technology behind it and find it useful for things I'm doing. However I'm always hesitant to talk about which ones I use because it seems like no matter how useful it seems, there will always be naysayers who claim "it's the worst coin in existence".
I think the only one I'm open about using is reddit Moons, especially with my old account (RIP). I genuinely enjoy some of the interactions I have with people and tipping people moons when I actually learn something new from a long write up where I can tell someone put a lot of time and effort into it. Being able to do that without having to actually put money into it is great, personally.
