How many people have had funds lost, frozen or delayed by Binance?

I am in the US. This forces me to use Binance.com's sister site, Binance.us. Binance.us has become a nightmare of lost, delayed, or frozen funds. And, they have no contact phone number, and no chat function (like on Binance.com). The only way to reach them is the ticket system, but they don't answer the tickets.

These problems have become so prevalent that there is a group devoted to starting a class action lawsuit against Binance in the US: r/BinanceUSclassaction.

Binance.us (real name "BAM Trading Services, Inc.") also has hundreds of Better Business Bureau complaints, and a 1/5 star rating (the worst I've ever seen). See: https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/san-francisco/profile/cryptocurrency-exchange/binanceus-1116-925674

There seems to be something seriously wrong with this company, and a lot of people are out a lot of money as it stands now. Even those who eventually got their money back lost money by not having their funds available for trading when they should have.

I would like to know if users of Binance.com are experiencing the same problems, or if this is purely a Binance.us issue? Replies that describe people's Binance.com experiences would be greatly appreciated.

If you have had an issue, any of the following that you would be willing to share (whether in a comment, or PM me) would be useful:

1. How much money was involved?
2. What was the issue? (E.g., money never showed up in account, account was frozen, wrgon amounts were credited/debited, etc.)
3. Was the issue resolved? If so, how long did it take, and were you satisfied with the outcome?
4. If the issue was not resolved, are you still pursuing it, or do you intend to? If so, how? (E.g., continued complaints to customer service, individual lawsuit, class action lawsuit).
