How much are Scammers paying in NFT Scams to me

Most of the NFT’s I own are Vouchers that say I can redeem $1500 to $50000 worth of a Token of coin, these are most likely scam tokens or are scam tokens but how much are these scammers paying to send these NFT’s? When I check the transaction fees it looks like they’re paying around $.78 to send me these NFT scams.

Are scammers actually investing their own crypto or money into this because it seems really strange

What kind of budget do the scammers have?

This seems like a heavy investment into trying to get someone to claim or interact with there scam.

Am I missing something.

Are they actually paying these kinds of network fees to sent the scam NFT’s to me?
