How much ETH do I need to move MATIC to another wallet?

I was gifted some MATIC from an event a while ago, I guess I gave them the wrong address cuz I found this stash of MATIC in some side wallet that only has ~$4 of ETH. How can I transfer it out? I can't get any estimation from metamask for how much gas would cost, the option "next" where I would see gas is blurred out. Does this side wallet need more ETH? How much more should I add? I'm probably never going to use this wallet so I don't wont to waste too much money. Gas is kinda low right now so I want to try to get this done before it shoots back up.

Update: Holy shit, this was so bizarre. So this is totally just some bug with this specific wallet in the metamask extension. It's having trouble loading my coins now O_o I got the wallet on my phone now (metamask mobile app), my balance is there and it's letting create a transfer. I was ready to pull my own hair out, lmfao.
