Hi, I don't know if I can post this here but I am looking for some kind of general financial advice. I am 26, single (sort of) and not planning to have kids ever or buy a house soon, and I am balls deep in crypto.
I always feel insecure when I hold too much cash because I feel like I could turn this money around and make more money, much better than letting it sitting in my bank account with interest ~3.5-4% annually. I mainly have crypto and stocks, but I am wondering if I invest too aggressively because I only have small amount of cash in my bank accounts. I typically put only enough money for one month expense and a little bit of splurge in my bank account, which makes it around 5% of my total net worth. As a background, I live with an extended family, and my parents are doing well, so I like to think that I can borrow money from my parents shall emergency event occurs (reckless, I know).
So I am wondering how aggressive do you invest, and how much cash do you hold (in %)? I am still figuring out and kinda wondering what is the typical situation for other people.
