How often do you obsessively check your crypto portfolio?

At the moment with the market crabbing sideways I'm about once every 30 minutes, on a day of mini-pumps it's every 10 at least. Oh who am I kidding, it's 2. As a hodler rather than a trader too I know the responsible thing should be to just leave it alone, follow my long-term DCA strategy, let it go. As soon as I finish hitting "Post" here I'll probably flick back to the app though. What is your experience with obsessively checking your crypto?
