Hey there, I hold some ADAs and recently decided to get some BTC too, I don't intend to run my own node, so I created a wallet on Phoeinix, sent some btc (on-chain) to the wallet addr (bc1...) displayed in the Phoeinix app.
Realized later that it would swap my on-chain btc to some lightning sats, I do not want that, so I turned off the auto swap thing.
Now the app says that unswapped on-chain btc will be recoverable on-chain after 4 months (in theory in a final address "derived" from my 12 words seed), do I need to wait 4 months to be able to get my BTC? How do I access the btc that I sent to the swap wallet? Will the 12 words seed give me access to said final wallet? Thanks for the help.
Feel so foolish thinking it was just a normal sotware wallet, not some crap lightning stuff.
