How to become a crypto expert?

I had an interview for a crypto job and I didn’t get it. Feedback was that He didn’t think I was ‘crypto native’ enough. Think that’s a bit harsh but I did stumble a bit on some of the questions he asked about the field. I’ve promised myself that I won’t get such feedback again. What would be your guys advice to come as clued up on the field as possible? - books/articles to read, YouTube videos to watch, podcasts or listen to, people to follow on twitter. How to completely geek up on crypto? All recommendations welcome. Cheers all.
