How to combat scams ?

Can't help but notice that scammers are taking their liking to eth a lot.

And people has always fall for those giveaway / doubler scams all the times.

How do we combat it aside educating the newcomers ?

I think i might go build a website that lists all scam addresses (and check the youtube regularly to get new scam addresses) .

So that any one who is thinking to send any money can come to the site and check whether it is scam or not.

Please do give me suggestions.
