My good Russian friend is planning her escape from Putin’s oppressive regime. She will go to Europe as soon as she can. She has Russian rubles that she cannot spend or exchange in Europe, so now she’s looking into buying crypto. Then in order to cover living expenses she’ll have to get most of her money off the exchange again when she’s in Europe.
What is a good course of action? She’s looking at binance - is the binance in Russia the same binance as the one in Europe? And will she be able to get her money off of there again when she’s in Europe? Should she move it to a decentralised exchange first just in case?
Thanks for thinking along. Solving this correctly will make all the difference to her.
