How to get USDT on Metamask

So i have a binance account with which I used to trade but stopped after the draconian tax laws in my country (India)

I want to switch over to a Dex and accumulate BTC overtime by buying low and selling high but I need USDT to get started.

Is there any way I can get USDT to my metamask wallet without KYC verification?

I'm from a small city so can't find anyone to sell me USDT for cash directly.

I want to start small and try out how things go and hope the tax laws become more crypto friendly by the time I am ready to withdraw

Any suggestions?
