How to move bitcoin from swan to cold wallet?

I have a swan account and I have a cold wallet. I have saved the cold wallet under "My wallet" My question is how to move bitcoin from swan to cold wallet? Meaning do I turn on the cold wallet and then initiate the withdrawal? I think swan says that the withdrawal may take up to 24 (i may have misread), but do I have to keep the cold wallet on for 24 hours until it's completed? Or do i save it to the hot wallet and then to a cold one?

Sorry I'm new to bitcoin. I want to move my bitcoin from swan, I only had them for 2 weeks and I have been locked out twice. I think it's bc I am accessing swan on different wifi? (I use my home wifi and my parents wifi at their house, that's the only thing I can think of) idk / the second time I got locked was when I was initiated a withdrawal from swan to my cold wallet. So im asking is there a certain way to withdraw w/o getting locked?
