For my personal experience, there are behaviors and routines that you can implement in your life in order to have a better relationship with your crypto investments and still get the right amount of excitement.

The very first thing is being sure about your research about a currency. Educate yourself about the market and know your investments. If you make informed investment decisions, you will feel more secure and peaceful about your portfolio. For new investors, diversification recommended since it reduces the risk.

I also recommended staying away from leverage and shorting. If day trading suits you it's fine, but there's no doubt is really more stressful than take a long-term approach, in which you can ride out the short-term fluctuations in the market and benefit from the long-term growth of your investments.

But the most important advice I can give is relativize the importance crypto haves in your life.

Unless it's your full time job, there's only a certain amount of hours per day that you should spend dealing with cryptocurrencies. A happy life, in most cases, is about balance.

Some people are so addicted with crypto that it became their entire personally. For them, crypto is nothing more than a cope mechanism for avoiding the problems and the lack of purpose in their lives.

So, for your own good, you must create some self awareness about the importance that crypto haves for you and adjust your routines if you feel anxious about your investments.
