Hi folks,
I’m planning to switch from single signature (single sig) to multi signature (multi sig) wallet. I guess it’s a bit safer than single sig + passphrase. Currently I’m using just one hardware wallet. I’m gonna get the second hardware wallet ready in the next two days.
What is the safest way to transfer the funds from single sig to multi sig wallet?
Can I just create a new multi sig wallet and transfer the funds (all at once) from single sig wallet to the created multi sig wallet? Maybe it is a better idea to transfer mixed KYC coins at first and then the No-KYC coins.
I consider to summarize multiple smaller UTXOs in order to keep my UTXOs above 0.1 BTC.
I know there are many guides with all the trade-offs each solution has but I just want to make sure to do it the right way.
Are there any best practices?
Thanks for your help.
