How to trade futures in the UK (or a different country seeing as it isn't possible here)

So since their latest efforts to become more compliant with the FCA and UK regulations I am no longer able to trade derivatives on Binance because I am not a 'professional', aka don't have qualifications in this field or half a mil capital. I was doing pretty well, and now for the aforementioned reasons and because the system is always rigged against the little guy I can't trade.

Anyway, long story short - Are there any countries that I can trade derivatives in without being resident, ideally without KYC but guessing that's not going to happen, or that I can use a VPN for to access futures? Guessing that is also a no go because my KYCd account shows I reside in the UK.

What are my options other than moving to an inferior exchange that hasn't got as much liquidity and hasn't succumbed to the UKs regulatory pressure yet?
