How to withdraw funds from Binance Australia?

I have been a active Australian Binance customer for years and never withdrawn any fiat from my account, its probably the only thing I have never done.

I get to this stage;

"Bank Account Verification

Verify Now

Enter the amount deposited from Binance to verify your bank account. It may take up to 3 business days to receive the amount"

I have tried to verify my bank account about 10 times with no luck, i have deleted bank account details/re entered them, tried different accounts detIls.

I feel like im in a loop or a ground hog day rerun

No luck nothing, can anyone give me advise or tell me the trick. As one day after my hodl has matured I would like to roll around it the fruits of my labour.
