How to work in web3?

Been really getting into Blockchain for like the last 6 months and am gonna be graduating around fall next year and have been learning a lot about blockchain development. I work on a couple teams at my school relating to crypto, am currently planning to do research next semester with a professor on it, and have participated in a hackathon as well where I placed high and am participating in a couple more next year. I am studying Stats with a CS and Math minor and am graduating in either spring in spring or fall, contingent on getting the classes I need, so I am looking for either an entry level role or job. I applied to Coinbase and it seems like they’re interested in me, but not counting on it. I really want to try to break in, but don’t know who to really go to so I guess I’m asking for help and where I need to be looking right now/doing to try and land a position in the web3 space.
