How we as a community can influence crypto adaption?

I don't have an answer to this question, but I'm interested in your opinion.

Bull and Bear markets will come and go. But what is important and what will strengthen the crypto community is mass adaptation!

I know it is possible to buy concert tickets. That some people are willing to sell real estate and cars but I'm interested, Is there any platform where people can offer their services for crypto, like Upwork for example?

It's perfectly fine if you're only in this for fiat profit. But if an initiative is made, I think we can have a significant impact on mass adoption!
