How will bitcoin conform to regional restrictions

I travel and the regional restrictions are annoying.. and getting worse.. buying with Google play often gets blocked until I prove I'm back in my home country

Shops, services and stores wont let me buy stuff unless I make the purchase from an account attached to an approved buyer country, and with a payment method connect to bank from that country and from an ip that match the country I'm identifying with on my account.

They do this because governments are regulating this stuff(what can be sold, how it is sold, how it is taxed, etc)... obviously a merchant wants to sell easily and feely.. but these regional regulations get more intense every year

The only way bitcoin will be allowed to become a common payment method is if conforms..

It will need to be attached to an ID and location so regional regulations can be enforced (prove this money is coming from x country, by person in x country)

Otherwise merchants that accept payment methods that circumvent regional restrictions will get in trouble.

Consumers and merchants only get to choose from the options that conform to regulation

If bitcoin is to become a mainstream online payment method how will it conform?

I am always searching for ways to circumvent regional restriction.. but it gets harder e very year.. they close doors as fast as I find them

I have used bitpay to circumvent them a few times.. I'm sure that wont work for long.. they are relentless and diligent ar finding every hole and closing it
