I’m not from USA. I hold a bag of Algo as I believe it will blow up in 5-10 years time. I believe that the technology will outlast the hype of meme coins. Why should I care about what the SEC does with regards to Algorand?
Also, why should I be worried about SEC labelling some cryptos as securities in general? Especially when these crypto are a global phenomenon and not localized to USA?
Can the SEC potentially screw further operations and development of Algorand in the future just by labelling it as a security? And if so, what would justify it being labeled as such?
Why isn’t the Italian government worried about Algorand being labeled as a security?
