I am looking for a credit card that can be paid off with bitcoin. does this exist?

I wish I could live on bitcoin 100% but that is still not a viable option and really wont be until a majority of merchants worldwide accept lightning invoices, and many travel related activities like hotel stays and car hire require a credit card.

Does anyone know of a service that offers a credit card (not debit but credit) where the monthly bill can be paid off with a bitcoin transaction. I would like to spend on a credit card and then as I spend just continuously pay off the credit card with bitcoin payments through the convenience of an app. So im not looking for a bitcoin debit card, im looking for a traditional credit card where the bill can be paid with bitcoin.

Does this type of financial service exist?
