I entered crypto earlier this year and this sub taught me that DCA really is the way.
I wanted to see if the principle of DCA would also apply to other parts of my life and turns out it sure does. By applying myself and investing into my hobbies and activities on a regular basis I have improved myself over the last 6 months more than I have the last 10 years of my life. This includes:
-Going to the gym on a regular "DCA" schedule, 5x a week. I've made massive strength and hypertrophy gains.
-Practising piano on a regular schedule. I now play with more confidence and more advanced pieces
-Investing time on a regular basis to improve my skills in my career. I used to just cruise along.
-Spending more focused time with my family on daily basis.
As a result of the DCA principle I've ended up moonshoting my own wellbeing and progress with the things that are important in my life. This is great because it makes me feel less depressed about my actual crypto portfolio which is down 30% since the start of the year lol.
